Happy Sunday

It was a great day, full of nothing extraordinary, but filled to the brim with blessings.

There is the pile of books on the floor every morning - left from Sage's late night reading. We are working on picking them up right away, but in the mean time, I will count it a blessing that they keep her in her room at bedtime and occupy her until she is ready to go to sleep.


Sunday morning means bathtime before church. Sage still uses a big plastic tote that fits in our walk-in shower and Regan has graduated to her own shower/tub in the spare bath. Nothing like bubbles to bring joy to a four year old.


I am always thankful when we have the right tools to do the job. I am glad we don't have to pay someone to come and plow our long driveway. Hubby always makes sure it is well taken care of and the girls love the snow hill he makes on the front yard.


And, I guess Sunday is a great day for self portrait. Afterall, Lord only knows the next day when Mommy has a shower AND her hair and make-up done! :)
